These Terms & Conditions govern your use of o7bet and all products and services available on this platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms in full.
1Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to o7bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and o7bet ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the o7bet website available at o7bet.pro, including all associated games, betting markets, payment services, promotions, and customer support functions.
By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using any part of the o7bet platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
2Eligibility Requirements
Access to o7bet and participation in any games, betting markets, or promotional offers is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. o7bet strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 21.
- You must be a human individual. Corporate entities, bots, automated systems, and artificial intelligence agents are not permitted to hold or operate an o7bet account.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for verifying your local legal position before registering.
- You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or close relative of a current employee of o7bet or any of its affiliated companies.
- You must not be accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool for the purpose of bypassing geographic or legal restrictions.
3Account Registration and Security
To access the o7bet platform you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.
Registration Requirements
- You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. This number will serve as your account identifier and primary means of communication.
- You must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name and date of birth. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
- You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. KYC requires a valid National ID card or passport.
- You must keep your account credentials — including your mobile number and password — strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Account Security Obligations
You must notify o7bet immediately via in-platform live chat if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. o7bet will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
o7bet will never ask for your full password via chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
o7bet accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by o7bet, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.
- Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
- Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — processing times vary by bank but are typically 15–60 minutes during banking hours.
- Visa and Mastercard international cards — subject to availability and your issuing bank's approval. A transaction fee may apply.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. o7bet processes all withdrawal requests as promptly as possible, with priority given to verified accounts in good standing.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals requested by unverified accounts will be held pending completion of KYC.
- Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, or to a verified bank account in the account holder's name.
- o7bet reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal request at our sole discretion, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.
5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
o7bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these General Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who have self-excluded, have accounts under investigation, or have been flagged for bonus abuse are not eligible to receive bonus offers.
Wagering Requirements (Rollover)
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. A standard welcome bonus rollover at o7bet is typically 15x to 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount, applied to eligible games only.
Bonus Validity Period
All bonuses have an expiry period stated in the individual offer terms. If wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the account without prior notice.
Bonus Abuse Policy
o7bet actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse including, but not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to reduce rollover risk, systematic exploitation of promotions, and collusion with other players. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and the account suspended.
o7bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.
6Responsible Gaming
o7bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. Use of these tools is voluntary unless a self-exclusion request is made, at which point the exclusion becomes mandatory and binding on the platform.
Deposit Limits
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once a limit is set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.
Time-Out / Cooling-Off
Players may request a temporary time-out from gambling for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out period, the player's account remains open but no bets, deposits, or bonus claims can be made. Time-outs can be activated from account settings or by contacting support.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is causing harm may request a self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Self-excluded players must not attempt to circumvent exclusion by opening new accounts. 7Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on o7bet. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
- Money laundering, layering, or any attempt to use o7bet to process funds derived from illegal activities.
- Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation, including placing bets on the basis of inside information about the outcome of any event.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise manipulate the platform.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, bugs, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a platform error will be voided.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing o7bet staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or account credentials to any third party, or using another person's account with or without their knowledge.
o7bet reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether a prohibited activity has occurred and to take appropriate action. Any decision made by o7bet in this respect is final and binding.
8Intellectual Property
All content on the o7bet platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, software code, game interfaces, text, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of o7bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, or make available to the public any content from the o7bet platform without the prior written consent of o7bet. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.
9Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, o7bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
o7bet does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond our control including server outages, third-party payment provider downtime, or telecommunications failures. o7bet will not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of platform unavailability.
10Privacy and Data Protection
o7bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
o7bet implements industry-standard SSL encryption across all pages and transactions to protect your personal and financial data. 11Account Suspension and Termination
o7bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to the following:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited activity, or providing false registration information.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from o7bet.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct associated with the account.
- A request by a competent law enforcement authority, regulatory body, or court order requiring o7bet to suspend or close the account.
Where an account is terminated for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of termination will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12Amendments to These Terms
o7bet reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide advance notice of material changes via in-platform notification or by displaying a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes. If you do not agree with a revised version of the Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which o7bet operates. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting o7bet customer support. o7bet will endeavour to resolve all player complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution in accordance with the governing law.
